Now it is time to step into the Turkish Bath. There are two of them in our complex. A warm humid rooms with a raised stone platform (goebektas) in the center.Just lay down on this hot marble slob ( or You can seat if You prefer) which is heated and work up to sweat. Lay down sometimes on Your stomach sometimes on Your back.But most of the time on Your back to warm uip the most important part of the body Your spinal colon, which effects all organs of Your body.You will feel how the heat penetrates all over Your skin, bones,joints,kidneys,each cell .
The light diffused through glass in the ceiling is soft and sound of dropping water makes You very relaxing.Time to time pour warm water on You with a copper tas for better sweat.

After a while You will be taken to the shock pool for reducing Your body`s heat.Then You will be followed back to the hamam for the second session of proper sweat .After the skin gets softer and pores opens - it is time for the peeling. Natırs (women) and tellak (men ) are specially trained in cleaning and washing You. They will scrub all Your body with a coarse mitts to remove layers of dry skin. Basically, every milimeter of dead and dirty skin is scrubbed off.After this wonderful procedure You will be cleaner than ever before and feel like a baby.
Then soap massage is coming.It is difficult to desscribe this unbelievable smooth pleasure on the one hand and sometimes a little bit painful but well worth on another hand.While laying down on the marble table You will be covered from head to toe with white fronty bubbles, which are appearing from the lacy cloth ( like an icing bag) which is blowed by attendants to create bubbles.Then going to be pummelled by different force – sometimes soft,sometimes really rough,but in both cases You will feel really good .Just leave Your body in their hands and let them work away Your stress and weariness.The massage will start at Your neck and work every muscle down the entire length of Your spine to Your feet.This is especially wonderful and guaranteed to make You feel relaxed.You will roll over, and the attendant will wash You from head to toe again as You are a small child
After the massage You will be washed up carefully by splashing water ,covered with fresh towel and taken to the resting zone where may recover with a cold drink.Majority of guests prefer our tasty freshly squeezed refreshing orange juice for replacing certain minerals and vitamins ( especially C ).Partly You are loosing them during sweetening.Also it is good for increasing the sugar level which sometimes decreases in the hamam.
You can close Your eyes and listen to quiet music or socialize with other “Hamamers” while resting..
